Unlike traditional school settings, Davidson Academy classes are grouped by ability, not age.
The Davidson Academy is now offering two options for profoundly gifted students to choose from: the Reno day school or an online high school for students living anywhere in the U.S. Applicants must be in the process of completing 6th grade, at minimum, at the time of application for the Reno school and 7th grade for the online school. The 2018-2019 application is open for the Online High School with a March 30, 2018 deadline.Apply
The Davidson Academy frequently hosts tours for prospective students and their parents. At these tours, visitors meet current Academy students, parents, faculty and staff, and ask specific questions about the school.
The Davidson Academy eNewsletter is available online with a new issue published every other month. It features a student column, an instructor profile, and school updates and activities.
