Davidson Academy Senior Named Coca-Cola Scholars Regional Finalist

Kaison

Davidson Academy senior Kaison Fong has been named a Regional Finalist for the 2026 class of the Coca-Cola Scholars Program, one of the most prestigious achievement-based scholarships in the United States.

Kaison is among just 250 high school seniors nationwide selected from a pool of more than 107,000 applicants, placing him in the top quarter of one percent of students who applied. Regional Finalists are chosen based on academic excellence, leadership, and service to their school and community.

This recognition marks the second stage of a three-stage selection process. Regional Finalists will participate in virtual interviews, after which 150 students will be named Coca-Cola Scholars and awarded $20,000 college scholarships.

The Coca-Cola Scholars Program is administered by the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation, a joint effort of Coca-Cola bottlers across the country and The Coca-Cola Company. Over the past 38 years, the Foundation has awarded more than $90 million in scholarships to over 7,200 students nationwide.

Students selected as Coca-Cola Scholars will be invited to attend Coca-Cola Scholars Weekend in Atlanta from April 23–26, 2026, where they will be honored at the annual Scholars Banquet and participate in leadership development programming.
