Print 3D Club Recognized by Former Albanian President

April is Limb Loss and Limb Difference Awarness month, something that means a little more to Davidson Academy’s Print 3D Club. So far this year the club has donated ten 3D printed prosthetic hands to the Association for Disabled People of Albania with another five scheduled to be donated by the end of the school year. The club was recognized by the Association with a Certificate of Appreciation presented by former president of Albania, Ilir Meta, for their efforts.

Aidan Schneider, the club’s president, went on a mini press tour describing the club’s efforts and the Davidson Academy as a whole. He did two interviews (in Albanian) with Radio Televizioni Shqiptar, the national public broadcasting company of Albania, and Tibo News. His interviews are linked below.
